This group reads an assortment of narrative non-fiction books, ranging from science, history, adventure, and more! Join a lively discussion on the third Wednesday of the month at 10:30am in the Downtown Library's Community Room. A Zoom option is available.

In a first-person narrative, a Lakota shaman blends an explanation of the mystery and ritual of the sacred pipe with a lively account of growing up Native American.
This group, facilitated by Deborah Clairmont-Ross and Janet Poitra, will read and discuss Black Elk: The Sacred Ways of a Lakota throughout the year.
